'The Phoenix' Concept Art

‘The Great Phoenix’ is a cybernetic humanoid being created by C.C.P. It’s purpose is to protect Coventry from outsiders and hunt down criminals and bring them to justice. The Phoenix is seen as an important idol in the city.
My concept is inspired from ‘The Phoenix’ statue (by George Wagstaffe). A winged woman rising from the ashes of the old city.
